On every call, Rose says she's an AI set up by you. Your parent decides on the first call whether she may keep calling.
Your parent's yes is the one that counts
You tell your parent Rose is coming. On the first call, she asks them herself whether she may keep ringing. Their yes keeps the calls coming. Their no is final — one sentence, any call, and they stop.
Not a doctor, not 911
Rose notices how they sounded, remembered, and felt, and tells you. She does not diagnose, treat, or replace a doctor, and she cannot call for help. If something urgent comes up, she urges them to call 911 and alerts you within minutes. Keep a medical alert as well.
If a call ever turns dark
Rose never makes light of suicide or self-harm. If it comes up, she points them to real help — in the US, call or text 988 — and alerts you within minutes. Built for adults, not children.
The scam shield
Rose reminds your parent about common phone scams and flags any mention of strangers asking for money, gift cards, or personal details.
