Trust & safety
You’re trusting us with someone you love. Here’s exactly how Hello Rose behaves, in plain language.
Rose always says she's an AI
On every call, Rose introduces herself as an AI companion set up by you. No pretending, ever. Your parent decides on the very first call whether they'd like Rose to keep calling.
Your parent consents, not just you
The first call is an introduction: Rose asks your parent directly whether they're happy to receive calls and whether calls may be recorded. They can change their mind any time, just by telling Rose.
Not a medical or emergency service
Rose is companionship and a caring check-in — not healthcare, and not an emergency line. If your parent ever mentions something urgent, Rose urges them to call 911 (or 999) and alerts you and your family immediately.
The scam shield
Rose gently reminds your parent about common phone scams and flags any mention of strangers asking for money, gift cards, or personal details.
