You add a card to begin. Billing starts after her 3rd completed call, or 14 days after you subscribe — whichever comes first — then $79/month until you cancel. If she never completes a call, you are never charged.

Questions families ask
What counts as a call?
A real conversation — usually four to eight unhurried minutes. If they don't pick up, Rose tries again later, and that doesn't count.
Why isn't there a cheaper plan for fewer calls?
More calls isn't more care. Once a day or three times: same price. One product, no upgrade path.
What about my dad too?
Each parent has their own Rose — so it's $79 each, $158 for two. We don't discount one parent against the other.
Can my mom call Rose back?
Yes. Rose answers her own number. They can ring her whenever they feel like a chat.
What if she doesn't like it?
The first 3 completed calls are free, and Rose asks her permission on the first one. Cancel any time before billing starts — after her 3rd completed call, or 14 days, whichever comes first. If she never answers, you're never charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Always. One click, no phone call. Calls continue through the period you've paid for.
